My name is Declan, I am originally from Ireland. I moved to Swansea nearly 30 years ago.  I opened up my Photography business, Image Solutions Photography in 2006.  Throughout my many years as a photographer, I struggled to find picture framers that were up to my standard of expectations. In 2014 I went on an intense 4-day framing course to become a bespoke framer. Having completed this course I opened my second business Hall of Frames which I eventually merged with Image Solutions. Over the years since I have developed other skills and my own techniques to improve my own framing standards. Now I am taking my business mobile to give everyone an opportunity to have professionally made bespoke frames.
